Our services are grounded in anti-oppressive, intersectional, and human dignity frameworks that are race-focused first but also include work for equity and inclusion related to experiences of ethnicity, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, class, ability, and age. Our approach is utilizing self and system analytical tools while centering solution-based implementation. We support partners on their journey from awareness to practice. DEIA Trainings & Workshops

We provide comprehensive, Continuing Education Unit certified trainings (State of Maine) for equity, equality, inclusion, accessibility, racial justice, and diversity. We offer both a beginners and advacned training in person or virtual. Our 2.5 hour trainings and workshops are tailored to address the unique needs of your business, organization, academic institution, and other professional spaces. This includes:

Consultation

We offer both short term and long term consulting.

Achieving diversity, accessibility, equity, and inclsuion in the workplace can be tricky. Our professional consultation, solution based interventions, and conflict resolution services are designed to maximize workplace equity and safety for Black, Brown, and Indigenous People of Color. We help equip spaces to effectively deal with inequity issues with proactive and solution based tools. By collaborating with members of your institution, department, or organization, we develop strategy, implement plans, and help to monitor programs and activities that strengthen equitable and inclusive culture within.

Academic Support

  • We facilitate conversations and provide educational webinars or in person presentations for your students and staff to learn about cultural inclusion, racial equality ,or to build on existing DEI knowledge.

  • We are here to support Black, Brown, Indigenous, People of Color students and athletes through resources, healing retreats, advocacy, panels, empowering racial justice facilitated conversations, cultural activities, leadership workshops, and interventions.

  • We offer DEI training and workshops on campus (in person or virtual) for faculty, staff, and students.

  • We can support your institution, department, and entire school district through short or long term consultation, strategic planning, program development, policy edits, and more
